Administration

The City Administrator is present and active in providing reports and policy advice to the Governing Body. He makes recommendations to the Council on all matters concerning the welfare of the City. The Administrator is a member of the Governing Body, but has no voting power. He supervises all City departments excluding the City Clerk and Fire Department. The Administrator submits the annual budget to the Governing Body and keeps the City fully advised as to the financial conditions and needs of the City.
